Center for Community-Based Research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
Part of the Center for Population Sciences at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the Center for Community-Based Research (CCBR) explores how social and physical environments influence cancer risk and works to reduce those risks through interventions. These interventions are developed and tested in a variety of settings, including work sites, low-income housing, community-health centers, and media institutions. They also seek to address disparities across the cancer control continuum, from prevention to survivorship.
